Equestria Girls 2: The Search for More Money - Dead Trees Edition by

As the outpouring of references in the show and merchandise to "Rainbow Power", "Equestria Girls 2: Electric Scootaloo", and "Rainbow Rocks" continues, another piece of the puzzle has been revealed. A paperback novel titled "Rainbow Rocks" by Perdita Finn. We have been authorized to raise the alert level to "You Can't Stop It".

The book, which will be available on April 8th, can be found here: It is likely that this is the same book that has been listed without information on Amazon for a while. All we know at this moment:

  • Publisher: Little, Brown Books for Young Readers
  • Price: $9.99 US/$10.99 CAN
  • Pages: 192
  • Physical Dimensions: 5-1/2" x 8"
  • ISBN-13: 9780316284868
  • On Sale Date: 04/08/2014
  • The author Perdita Finn is a children's book author, whose previous work includes a novelization of the "Alvin and the Chipmunks" film, as well as a novelization of the sequel "Alvin and the Chipmunks: Chipwrecked". It is entirely possible that this is a novelization of an upcoming sequel film to Equestria Girls.

Of note is the fact that the cover art of this novel includes DJ-Pon3 (Or Vinyl Scratch), in addition to the main 6 characters, indicating her likely prominent role in the novel, or it's potential film counterpart.

    3. They can still redeem this if they bring on Gene Simmons to voice the bands washed-up has-been mentor, leading to a full-on KISS/Europe hybrid style concert.

    4. Can't even say I'm disappointed because it's definitely not below my expectations or the staff. The disappointing part will be when McCarthy starts doing her >IT'S GONNA BE AMAZING AND EPIC-rounds

    5. If I still possessed the ability to feel, this news would come as quite a distress.
